These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Scatyc SmartERP, provided by Scatyc Private Limited. By using the service you agree to these terms.

1. Subscription and billing

Scatyc is offered on a subscription basis. Plans, pricing, and billing cycles are described on our pricing page. A free trial period is available as stated at signup.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use Scatyc lawfully and not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it without authorisation.

3. Data ownership

You retain ownership of your business data at all times. We process it only to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Limitation of liability

Scatyc is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Scatyc Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

5. Termination and refunds

You may cancel at any time. Termination and refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nashik, Maharashtra.
